1. Who is responsible

Merlin Digital, Showroom 3, M Floor, Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of personal data processed through this website. Contact: accounts@merlin-digital.com.

2. What we collect

This website has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. If you email us, or use the contact form (which opens your own email app), we receive your name, email address, organisation and message. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) for security and operation.

3. Cookies and browser storage

We set no cookies. Your browser stores one preference (light or dark theme) locally; it never leaves your device. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and Google can see your IP address.

4. Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal you asked for, and keep the website secure. The basis is your request and our legitimate interest in running the site.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers needed to run email and hosting, or where the law requires.

6. Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to two years unless they become an engagement, which then sets its own retention. Server logs are kept by the host for a limited period.

7. Your rights

Under applicable law, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on personal data protection, you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Email accounts@merlin-digital.com; we reply within thirty days.
