Where it is processed
Problem data, forecasts and results are processed and stored in the UAE, or inside your own network when you prefer.
What reaches hardware providers
Only abstracted circuit descriptions. No raw data, no labels, no business context leaves our control.
Retention and deletion
Retention is set in each engagement. On request, or at the end of an engagement, we delete your inputs and outputs and confirm in writing.
No training on your data
We do not sell your data, share it beyond the processors needed to run the work, or use it to train models.
Access
Engagement data is accessible only to the named team on your engagement, with least-privilege access.
Certification: where we stand
We do not yet hold a third-party security certification such as ISO/IEC 27001 or SOC 2. We will tell you exactly which controls we run, answer your security questionnaire in full, and work under your own security requirements in the engagement agreement.
Report a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue in this site or our services, email quantum@merlin-digital.com with the subject “Security report”. We acknowledge within three working days. Our security.txt has the details.
